Oùcécap’s take
Oslo sits due north of Tunis, almost on the same meridian, and Algiers due west, on the same latitude. From London, aim south-east, at 150°, 1,826 km away. From New York, a flat map would put the Tunisian capital due east (93°), while the compass says 63°, north-east. Far to the south, Libreville sits on almost the same meridian.
