Terms of use and sale
Last updated: at publication
Purpose
These terms govern the use of Oùcécap and the purchase of écus in the app.
Your account
An account is required for Solo mode. Your username must stay decent; an inappropriate username can be refused.
Écus
Écus are a virtual currency bought in packs through the App Store. They unlock maps, extra stopovers and instant replays. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Payment and refunds
Payment is handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple; when a refund is granted, the corresponding remaining écus are removed, never below zero.
Availability
The game requires an internet connection. We do our best to keep it available, without being able to guarantee it at all times.
Governing law
French law.
