Is Oùcécap free?
Yes. Oùcécap is free to download and has no ads. Extra maps and stopovers are optional purchases in the app.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, Oùcécap needs a connection to play, in both modes.
My compass seems off, what can I do?
Move away from metal objects and magnets, then draw a figure eight with your phone to recalibrate it. Also check that Location Services are on for Oùcécap.
Purchases and écus
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open the shop and tap “Restore purchases”.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Any remaining écus are then removed from your wallet.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your profile, then Settings and “Delete my account”. Deletion is permanent and erases your logbook and rankings.
What data is collected?
Your username, your country and your scores. Details are on the Privacy page.
