Naypyidaw
Myanmar
Naypyidaw, officially romanised as Nay Pyi Taw, is the capital and third-largest city of Myanmar. The city is located at the centre of the Naypyidaw Union Territory. It is unusual among Myanmar's cities in that it is an entirely planned city and not part of any state or region.

Oùcécap’s take
In Montreal, a flat map would have you aim at Naypyidaw to the east, at 100°; the compass says 11°, north, because the shortest route crosses Greenland, the Arctic Ocean and Siberia. From London, aim at 73°, east, 8,718 km away, not at the 113° of a flat map. Naypyidaw lies on the latitude of Mexico City.
