Oùcécap’s take
Brussels is just 320 km from London, east, at 102°. From Montreal, a flat map would put it east, at 84°; the compass says 54°, north-east. To place the Belgian capital, remember that it shares the latitude of Prague and Kyiv, and that Amsterdam is 173 km to the north.
