Oùcécap’s take
Kuala Lumpur’s antipode lies 329 km from Quito. From London, a flat map would place it south-east, at 119°; the compass says 79°, east, because the 10,544 km shortest route crosses Central Asia, India and the Bay of Bengal. To place Malaysia’s capital, remember it is 318 km north-west of Singapore.
