Oùcécap’s take
Addis Ababa, Panama City and Conakry share the same latitude. From London, aim south, at 200°, for 4,828 km. From New York, a flat map would send you south-east, at 120°, while the compass says 103°, east. And to tell Guinea’s capital apart from Freetown, remember it is the northern one of the pair: Freetown lies 128 km to its south-east.
